Parts Counter Prep

Prior to visiting our Parts Counter we ask that you come as prepared as possible to ensure that our sales representatives can assist you without issue. Here are some tips:
~ Always take pictures and/or videos of the problem you are trying to solve or the product you are looking to replace.
~ Take measurements and dimensions of parts, fixtures, space in home, etc.
~ Coming prepared with any brand information or model numbers is always helpful.
~ Also please keep in mind that we are a supply house, we unfortunately do not offer servicing. However, feel free to call us at (518) 372-3208 and we may be able to recommend some contractors or installers to help you.
