Central Plumbing and Heating Supply Co. was originally founded in 1950 by the Sennett family in Schenectady, New York and has been servicing the Capital Region area for over 70 years.

We knew we needed to get the word out with marketing. Working closely with Kariann Morris – CEO of MadAddie Marketing we created a new website and video content to educate people on the differences between the quality of the products we carry and the benefits of our kind of customer service offer over the big brands. The new Central Plumbing & Heating website has an extensive knowledge basis to help educate people. It includes; FAQ’s, intellectual industry articles, educational videos of products, showroom photos and videos, video customer testimonials and live interviews of industry experts. We also created new social media accounts to spread the word including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Linkedin. 

For the past 20 years, Central Plumbing and Heating Supply has focused on cultivating a wide range of high-quality kitchen and bath products from top name brands.  Our emphasis is on displaying the latest items in our impressive showroom to give the consumer a realistic impression of how these products will appear in their own home.  We display a wide range of Bertch bath vanities, Starmark kitchen cabinets, shower packages from Taylor and Onyx, among many fixtures from Kohler, Delta, Mansfield, and Moen.  All the latest colors and finishes are integrated into vignette displays for the full showroom experience.  

Mark and Margaret from The Cabinet Shop are professional remodelers with over 30 years of experience. Having worked in the past with both retail chains and internet companies, Mark discusses the advantages working with Central Plumbing and Heating Supply has to offer– higher quality products supported by knowledgeable staff all displayed in the areas largest kitchen and bath showroom.

Today, Central Plumbing and Heating is owned and operated by the third generation of Sennetts and after over 70 years of servicing the Capital Region area we have emerged as one of the largest independent plumbing and heating suppliers in Upstate New York.
